Our music room has one set of hand drums, which is not enough to go around. Having a second set will allow 2 students per drum. This will provide amazing opportunities for students to develop 21st century skills such as collaboration, and participation. They will help each other, learn to wait their turn, and have fun all while learning rhythm and beat skills! My students have been so excited to play drums all year, but really struggle when there isn't enough and their turn take a long time to come around. These drums will ease those struggles and promote a much more positive classroom culture
