We are requesting grade level social studies books and materials we will use to decorate their environment to foster growth and joy while learning through academic and social development. Students will read the books I chose on social studies and multicultural lives. The lessons will encourage my students to learn about children and traditions from different countries. They will do a written and art project on what they learned from people in that particular country. They will learn the exact area of their country by showing them on the map. Students will learn about the customs of that particular country. They will also have lessons on historical figures which is a requirement to teach in social studies. The reading materials I chose in the cart are on their reading levels. With these resources students will be able to comprehend the lesson.
