I invite you to imagine what these past few months working from home have looked like for you. Like many, you probably took ownership of your couch or maybe even your bed.. I bet you constantly looked for the comfiest way to work and get your zoom meetings or phone calls done. Now, imagine what the same experience would have been like if you were only allowed to work from your dining room table.. yeah, i don’t even want to think about it either.. Months of distance learning have severely impacted kids emotionally, physically, and mentally. This upcoming school year as we slowly return to schools, I want to create a tranquil, relaxing, and comfortable learning environment for my students. I envision an ocean themed room filled with calming greens and blues and of course some flexible seating that will bring my students the feeling of comfort, safety, and relaxation (that they have had at home for so long) into our classroom as they learn! This flexible seating will most definitely make a different for my kids in the fall. Thank you in advance for considering helping my classroom!
