We are lucky enough to be able to provide each student a chromebook at my school. Even though we do a lot with technology, it is often necessary to prove our learning by printing it and displaying it for others to enjoy! This provides opportunities for students to show off their learning and and to be proud of their hard work. A color laser printer would excite my students and encourage to add details and lots of creativity (color) to their learning. We always encourage creativity in all subject areas. Sometimes it is hard to display student work that is done digitally. Printing their Google Slides, Docs, presentations, and projects that are done digitally is the next step in encouraging students to generate their best work and to be proud of their accomplishments.
