Our reading and writing curriculum is robust! The school and community did not skimp when it came to finding and purchasing the best for their students. It has layers of learning and instructing that outshine other vendors. However, we cannot utilize it to its potential as it has extremely engaging options for the use of the Promethean board that cannot currently be utilized or realized. The number of available Promethean programs and options for education is extraordinary and limitless. There are new programs popping up every day. This board can help students engage with content, the teacher and each other. Promethean boards can help streamline instruction by bringing the lesson plan to the board - making it part of the lesson! I'm looking forward to seeing what my students can do this year. With your help, their ability to really grasp content and understand concepts will increase as learning and instructing are streamlined and made more engaging through the use of technology.
