I teach the only AP class offered to 9th graders at my high school, AP Human Geography and I need a globe to better implement my lessons and make those real life connections. Along with the globe the Merriam-Webster's Notebook Atlas class set will help create those connects within our lessons. Part of becoming a successful student includes a skill set which includes a strong vernacular, proper use of grammar and correct spelling. This is where a class set of dictionaries play a key role in that success. As for the snacks, an empty stomach makes for a distracted student. I like to have snacks around should a student need the energy.
