This year will look a lot different than in the past; my incoming 6th graders are excited but nervous. I want to be able to focus on the well-being and learning of my students! Improving my tech set-up will support me, in order to support them. Incorporating lessons on Social Justice will connect a challenging topic (Math) to current events. Relevance is the key to engagement! Supplying students earbuds will help them to stay focused on their work when there are distractions at home. Together we will not only survive, we will thrive!
