Yoga mats will help students with spatial awareness. My students will benefit from learning strategies to calm their bodies. Many students have difficulties regulating their emotions, which can cause disruptions in the classroom. No two students are the same. Yoga mats would help students be able to learn their sense of space as well as calming techniques to use in the classroom. Yoga mats would be perfect for students in many ways. Creating a safe, nurturing, and calming environment is important for students to learn. Every day we would utilize the yoga mats in our daily routine. Helping build a strong foundation in the classroom.
