The materials I have requested will be used as literacy and math stations activities. Some will be used to create activities and others are ready made. I have found numerous ideas for stations activities but do not always have the means to create them. Because students benefit from having hands on independent practice of skills, engaging and fun literacy and math station activities help students to complete this practice in an enjoyable way. Being able to immerse my students in an environment that gives them the tools to independently practice allows them to take charge of their own learning as well as be successful and proud of their accomplishments.
