These mixers, bakeware, cooking tools and serving materials will be beneficial to my students as they learn to prepare various recipes. We need these tools in order to complete class labs. These labs impact my students in many ways due to the diversity of my students. Many of these students don't have the opportunity to learn these skills at home. These labs allow students to learn both basic life skills and gain experience toward a possible career in food preparation. All students look forward to cooking in these labs and putting the skills they have learned to use. These opportunities can't be offered without the proper cooking tools.
