All children want to read! My first grade class works very hard everyday to read a book and complete a comprehension test on our Accelerated Reader program. The students are all on different levels of books and our library is in need of lower level books. These books are a stepping stone for my readers. As their reading level increases so does the book levels. My goal is to prepare all my students for second grade and build their reading skills and confidence in reading.

About my class
