As a special education teacher I primarily focus on reading & math skills. However, I would love to incorporate science into my classroom curriculum. These science sets & other resources related to science will help my students to better apply their reading and math skills in a fun & educational way. Sometimes in a special education setting the curriculum and class work can become mundane and repetitive. These materials will help to break the monotony. I plan on having one day a week where we can use our reading and math skills to have fun with science and other STEM projects. My students will love these items very much!
