We recently purchased new uniforms that depleted our school's budget. It had been 10 years since we had new uniforms. Our school is a career tech school, historically populated with young men and not known for its athletics program. As our female population grew, the budget didn't, thus leaving our young athletes without the necessary equipment to compete on a Division 1 level. As a special needs educator, these items will also benefit the daily living program at our school. The daily living program participates by washing and caring for the uniforms and being part of the Lady Laker volleyball team.

About my class
