I always try to create unique and innovative lessons that let students challenge themselves individually. As a Design Teacher, our students have to learn to work independently and create projects that show what they are learning. Studies show that the more you individualize learning to meet each student's needs, the better they grow! Doing that with a large class is often a challenge. I want my kids to be able to access all of the information available to them, and not have to listen over everyone else's lessons. Having a classroom set of headphones that will survive the rigor of middle school students, AND help them concentrate at the same time would be miraculous!!!
