My students are just learning to read. They are thrilled to learn how to make connections in their reading to other texts, themselves, and the world. They love learning about different authors and discovering their magical books. Having the opportunity to have a classroom library that will help them foster their love of reading, give them the practice they need and have the opportunity to take them home will make a major difference in their lives. My students deserve a classroom library that they can’t wait to visit and fill up their book boxes so they can dig into these great books. The more they read the better off they are and the more successful they will be. Let’s get my students excited about reading.

About my class
