Including technological equipment in my classroom will assist students in preparing for their state standardized assessment and academy programs. The set of earbuds will assist students when performing a listening activity. The surge protectors and their covers will also assist in protecting the computer equipment in the classroom. The post-it notes, permanent markers, and highlighters will help facilitate a cooperative learning environment and allow students to work collaboratively. The toner will allow students to print items for projects, but especially in printing resumes, etc. for internships. The Logitech computer webcam would be a great addition for students to communicate with community partners and employers to give real-world experience and assist with internships. Last but not least, the Design Your Own Medals will be given to students as motivation to persevere during challenging activities.
