We are requesting a Smamsung tablet, LEGO Mindstorms EV3 core set and expansion set, goggles for drones and Tello bundle. Bladerunners who were middle schoolers competed in USFIRST Robotics in the DC area and now move to our high school where they will combine ground robotics with aviation (hence mixed mode robotics). Students will learn skills when they graduate high school they would be gainfully employed with 21st century skills (reading, writing and understanding drone technology). Our students were awarded with Rookie All Stars and were selected in an alliance competition in Bethesda. They will learn aviation sciences by forming a school team on drone robotics and focus on augmented reality with FPV goggles they hope to design for STEAM education
