My students will be able to exercise their creative skills and STEM skills as well as engage them in standards in a fun and exciting way. Today's studies support play in students and these materials will help get our classroom ready to express themselves all while learning and growing together. By having these manipulatives in my classroom, my students will learn to work in groups as well as on their own. They will be using blocks to create and build structures, participating in dramatic play during career week with the dolls, following recipies in the kitchen and exploring magnets with the tiles. The lessons are endless with these materials and there is plenty of room for free explore.
