My classroom has one-to-one computers on which the children must take their standardized tests and engage in weekly reading and math practice. The earbuds that we were provided were not appropriate for kindergarten students. They did not fit their ears, they broke easily, they were twisted into knots, and they became filthy. Because of this, the students could not hear correctly or did not use the earbuds and took the lessons and tests without being able to hear at all! These headphones will be comfortable for the students to use and will improve their ability to engage in the lessons and tests. They should last for multiple years and can be easily disinfected for new users. Therefore, appropriate headphones are essential for making our computerized lessons more effective and will lead to better test results.
