The use of world instruments in a music classroom is vital to help students understand world music and cultures. I hope to provide my students some awesome new learning opportunities with brand new instruments that J.V. Washam Elementary will be able to use for years to come. Students will be able to play these instruments together, gain invaluable music experiences, and lay a groundwork for a quality music education. These instruments will be used in lessons teaching students about music and cultures from around the world. Hundreds of students will be able to gain hands on music experience and knowledge with your donation to this very worthy cause.
