My students will be able to use flexible seating options, sensory tools, and visual timers to help them stay focused and keep calm during our lessons. The seating options will also be used for students when multiple groups are completing work or receiving instruction in my room. These flexible seating options and sensory tools will help us move and groove while also completing work! The stools and floor mats will allow my students to sit in various areas around our room while using the the clip boards or dry erase boards to help them complete their work. The visual timers will help my students independently keep track of how much time they have to use a sensory tool. The stretchy string fidgets will be used for sensory breaks or during a lesson when students need to use a tool to help them stay focused.
