Colker, NAEYC I share this excerpt from a NAEYC article I came across because it shows how much reading is needed especially for my students in particular. My students would ABSOLUTELY benefit from having Kindles in the classroom. These tablets would help foster a love of learning leading to more reading inside and outside of the classroom. The Kindles will help supplement students skills in ELA using technology in the classroom. Donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding ELA and Math. By implementing the Kindle Fires in my classroom, my students will begin to see reading as fun and enriching. We will use the Kindles to aid us in the process of becoming lifelong readers. I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
