PBIS Prizes that Motivate! Your donation has had an immediate and meaningful impact on our students. The footballs, basketballs, and snack boxes you provided are being used as prizes in our Ron Clark–inspired PBIS House System. Students earn points for demonstrating behaviors that are safe, respectful, and responsible, and the houses with the most points are recognized. Recently, when our winners were announced, students proudly chose their prizes and celebrated together (tossing a football with friends at recess, shooting baskets, or enjoying a snack they worked hard to earn). It was a wonderful moment that reinforced how positive choices lead to real rewards.\r\n\r\nWhen the prizes were first revealed, our students were incredibly excited and brimming with pride. Having the opportunity to choose between basketballs, footballs, and snack boxes made the recognition feel even more special. We displayed the prizes for the entire school to see, which created a sense of anticipation and motivation throughout the building. Moving forward, these prizes will continue to encourage students to make positive choices every day. Our teachers and administrators will use the system to strengthen positive behavior and improve our school's behavioral data, while also showing students and families that caring stakeholders like LOFT truly believe in their success. Your generosity is helping us build a culture where students feel valued, motivated, and proud of the choices they make.","fullyFundedDate":1772550356500,"projectUrl":"project/earning-the-win-positive-choices-power/9946862/","projectTitle":"Earning the Win: Positive Choices, Powerful Rewards!","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Scarnati","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5362011_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1759677045523","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5362011"},{"teacherId":8883898,"projectId":10051865,"letterContent":"Thank you for providing hoodies, snacks, tissues, and wipes, we are supporting one another's basic needs.
