Since our district follows a late-exit bilingual program, having the proper resources is crucial to our students' success. The bilingual books will make read-alouds more inviting for our bilingual students. The books will also give the students more Spanish titles to enjoy while buddy reading or even during independent reading time. The magazine holders will help students keep their reading and writing materials together in one nice and neat place. This will help teach them to: 1) stay organized and 2) be ready to share when the opportunity arises. They will no longer need to search through their desk to find nor will they struggle with torn journals!
