My goal is to create an environment in which my students become absorbed in learning to read through fun and engaging activities. The supplies/ games will be adapted to support the foundational reading skill being taught. Bean bag toss will support multiple spelling for sounds Hockey game for learning blends Sight word fishing Push light blending Hula hoop blending These materials will support my students early literacy skills and at the same time allow them to enjoy the learning process through fun and engaging activities! All materials and games can be adjusted to meet the needs of older learners. All children learn best through active play!
