My students work very hard to learn and stay on top of their assignments, but some never learned the organizational, time management, and planning skills needed to be successful in high school. This year, I am offering an Organization and Planning Skills class to students to help them prepare better for high school and whatever may come after. This will not only teach them how to use a planner, both digital and paper, but will also equip them with facts about habit tracking and time management to help prepare them to be even better learners. With the supplies provided by generous donors, my students will have the chance to use materials to help them be physically and mentally organized so that they can perform to the best of their ability. These donations will truly make a difference in the lives of my learners. They will be able to keep track of assignments and due dates much more easily and subsequently be able to focus on the content more.
