The tablet will allow for independent learning during small group instruction. The students will be able to engage in groups or individually while working independently. This device will have educational materials embedded within to be able to reach all learners. An iPad will provide students the ability to complete tasks assigned to them as well through different teaching apps (i.e. Raz-kids, front row, epic, etc.) that will be provided. This will give the students a sense of independence and responsibility. Exposing them to technology early in their educational career is pivotal as we are living in the 21st century where technology is everything!!
