In today’s day and age technology is all around us. It has become a necessity in the classroom. iPads do a wonderful job of combining learning and entertainment, hence making the phrase “Learning is Fun” a true and honest statement. The use of iPads in the classroom will provide students an endless library of educational applications. The apps I hope to download for these students vary from those required by the district to apps that will encourage students’ individual interests. These interests range from mobile readers to coding and robotics. The goal is to create an opportunity to expand my students academic horizons, whether it be through virtual field trips or student/teacher chosen interactive applications. With your help my students can have the school year they deserve. So much of the information they need will be available at the touch of a finger. They will learn to navigate the online world safely and responsibly to become positive digital citizens. The four walls of our classroom will no longer be the limitations of my students education. As a class we would like to say THANK YOU for considering our project and your help in achieving our goal!
