As a first year teacher, I am starting from scratch. With your help, I will be able to give my students a comfy place to sit during lessons and a document camera to make those lessons easy to see. They will receive a kitchen playset that will engage them in imaginative play while advancing their social and cognitive skills. The books and games will allow them an opportunity to learn sight words and start reading them with ease, which will make it much easier to read the books that interest them later. The art supplies will provide an exciting supplement to lessons, and the mailboxes will provide a place to let that art dry safely. Finally, the file cart will give me a place to store their work and supplies throughout the year. By donating to our project, you will ensure that my students have a few of the materials needed within a 4K classroom. I cannot wait to meet my students and provide them with everything they need to learn and grow in the academic setting! Thank you for helping us get my classroom up and running!
