In this inclusion classroom all students will benefit from flexible seating. In our classroom we emphasize a sense of belonging and equality. Every student will get the opportunity to utilize the materials from this project and through student voice, they can choose how they learn best by being able to find the space that is most conducive to their learning. Other teachers who have implemented flexible seating have all seen the benefits and impact it has on students. Our students will be able to concentrate better, which in turn leads to more focus on the learning. My and my co-teacher's varying teaching styles is our greatest strength and it benefits every student. This is why we spend the bulk of our instruction utilizing various co-teaching strategies such as parallel teaching. The portable white board will help us in reaching all of our students during small groups.
