A class set of iPads would make a huge difference in my students' learning. The iPads would contribute to all grade level subjects, such as; Reading, Shared Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies. They would provide opportunities for students to excel and to work at their own pace. In my classroom, iPads would benefit every student and their individual needs. Lexia is a program that my students use to help with reading progression. The lack of technology in my classroom makes it difficult to meet the students' needs and allow them the time that they need to meet their goals. Lexia is also a great tool for English Language Learners, which I have in my classroom. Integrating technology in the classroom is a great way to incorporate differentiation and gives students opportunities to succeed on their own. The use of iPads in the classroom is fun and exciting and keeps students engaged in their learning. Having iPads in the classroom would be a great addition to the contribution of students' learning. iPads can be used for many different purposes. They can be useful to students who need visuals, pictures, videos, and other tools in order to succeed.
