My students really enjoy reading in class and these books will enhance the library I am trying to create in my Spanish classroom. There are times that we read as a class, other times where students will read with a partner, and they also read independently. With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read at their own ability level. Every Spanish reader that is put in our library will be treated with care. All of these books are chosen with my students in mind. There are a variety of readers that students from each level will be able to choose on a variety of topics/themes. These books will not only reinforce the structure and grammar that we will be learning throughout the year but also show these details in context! My hope is that these books will help to nurture interests my students already have.
