These materials really help the students feel a sense of freedom and ownership when it comes to reading on their own in a comfortable setting. I plan on teaching the students that they must be able to take care of their classroom's flexible seating in order to be able to sit in them. This allows students to grow by becoming responsible leaders. I will also use this seating as a reward for those who strive to work hard even if they aren't at 100%. If they show improvement in some form I will use this as a reward so they may sit where they please.
