Appearance is important at every age, but especially during the teenage years. When we feel better about our appearance, our self-esteem increases. When our self-esteem increases we are more likely to take smart risks, make better choices, and stay away from negative influences. The products we are requesting will help the counseling office teach our students how to care for their hair, skin, and themselves. In the end, our overall goal is to increase the social-emotional standing of each student in our school. A PTA meeting will also be held on teaching any parent who is interested in how to maintain hair care and answer any questions they may have.

About my class
