Thank you so much for showing interest! I have the unique and wonderful opportunity to help open a new school in my district! I will need flexible seating options since I had to leave my old ones behind at my old school. I teach special education students in an inclusion setting that require this type of seating model in order to support their learning, allow them to have movement build into their learning, and help them be successful and have ownership in their learning experience. Please help me make my new classroom engaging and meaningful for my students! As you probably know, flexible seating is not something that is worked into school budgets. Even though it is research to be an effective teaching strategy it is not often easy for teachers to make this kind of environment possible because of the supplies that are needed in order to do it. With flexible seating, my students will be able to not only have ownership and where they said they also feel as if they have freedom in the classroom while they are learning. Thank you!
