My special education students are currently in 3rd though 5th grade, and they are starting to notice their needs are different from their peers. In our resource room we have been working to help our students understand their emotional, behavioral and/or learning challenges. Many students come for help or additional instruction in reading, writing or math as well as support in all subject areas. We work on emotional regulation and making safe, respectful and responsible choices throughout our day.
