My project is focused on obtaining the resources that my students need to succeed in college. Unfortunately, many of our students are unable to purchase electronic materials that will help them efficiently complete their own projects. Low-income, first-generation students need to rely on their own income to purchase these necessities which only develops an additional adversity in their lives. With these materials, my students can break down one more barrier and feel confident about graduating college. The laptop will help a student take notes in their classroom, complete their written assignments at home, and download electronic books. The printers will help two students avoid taking trips to the library and limit the printing costs at their college campuses. With your donation, you can help these students focus and feel comfortable within their environment to complete their assignments. The laptop and printers will provide my students with the resources needed to be successful college students.
