My classroom is in full swing. As we end the school year, we are in need of basic school supplies to finish the year out strong. Due to the low-socioeconomic status of our surrounding community, our students tend to lack the basic school supply needs. No child should be worried about having a pencil. The pencils, erasers and pens will be used in the classroom for taking notes. The dry erase markers and dry erase marker eraser will be used for collaboration sessions and group assignments. The copy paper will be used in multiple ways. Some will be used to copy classroom assignments and some will be used for the students creative expressions. I have a passion for teaching and want the best for my students. Though I can not give them everything they need for school, these simple things will help give them a start on the road to success.
