Our classroom is filled with a mixture of intelligent, funny, kind, and eager to learn students. Our students come from low income, multi generational homes and are excited and welcoming to learning everything they can from their teachers. All the students and families believe that school is important and with English being the students and families second language sometimes, the parents stress the importance of getting an education. The students in our classrooms are ELL students, as well as some with learning disabilities, so it is important to get the many different tools and equipment that they need in school to succeed. All of the students at our school receive free breakfast and lunch daily. Our school is located right in the heart of North Las Vegas, where all the students live within walking distance of the school. The neighborhood is rich with culture and the families we support are generous and welcoming.
