The materials listed above will go to help my students learn more techniques not offered currently such as canning. We would like to purchase 2-McSunley 620 Medium Stainless Steel Water Bath Canners to practice new skills and learn how to preserve different foods. All of the aprons are going for the students to stay clean and know which kitchen they are in. The Rachel Ray Cookware sets, Paula Dean Cookware sets and Cutting Boards are going into each of our seven stations to organize the kitchens and know what belongs to what station as well as provide equal equipment to all students in each kitchen. The new pots and pans are so each kitchen has its own set and my students don't have to share between our 7 kitchens. This will help keep students safe by keeping them in their own kitchens and by not having to borrow from other kitchens.
