My students are motivated learners who work hard during each and every session. My goal is to sustain that level of motivation and foster their excitement for participating in Speech and Language therapy as that will allow them to continue to progress and build the necessary speech and language skills. In addition to speech and language deficits, many of my students also have the need to build basic literacy skills and foundational vocabulary which I strive to target during my sessions. My goal is to provide these students with fun and engaging ways to target not only their Speech and Language goals but also to support their overall literacy and vocabulary development in order to help them advance academically. The materials that I selected will allow me to achieve that goal.
