My students uses math programs on the computer weekly, and that helps them with strengthen their foundational math skills. Sometimes they are unable to uses headphones due to cords being broken, or not enough for every student to get one. So some students have to turn their volume down, or let the videos play which causes a distraction. Having a class set of new headphones will help to assist in building the students' understanding of foundational math skills when utilizing the various math programs on the computer. Being able to hear tutorial videos, without getting distracted by any outside noises provides for a quality learning experience.
