Flexible seating will allow my students to choose a location in the classroom that works best for their learning. Currently we have very few options for flexible seating, but this project will give my students more choices to take charge of their own learning. When my students are given a choice in their seating they are more engaged, get more work completed and take ownership in our classroom. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are given a choice in their seating. These seats that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The comfy floor seats will allow for a comfortable floor seating option since there is limited space in the classroom.
