Planning out supplies for use of all of the students in an entire school for the whole year can be tricky, and usually frugal work. My students deserve to be exposed to all types of art materials, and I hope to be able to do just that. By funding this project, my students will have access to an adequate amount of painting exploration throughout the year without having to be stingy with the supplies. We will explore color mixing, painting ceramics, painting cardboard sculptures, watercolor exploration, and so much more! Literacy is also an important aspect to my lessons, and I hope to be able to include a variety of new art-related books into our curriculum. My students love being read to and really enjoy my lessons that tie into a story.
