This will impact everyone who accesses our weight room, all 496 athletes who come in and learn about health, the benefits of strength training and skills and drills necessary for growth. This television will be hung on a wall space in the weight room and used by boys and girls athletes. Help our kids continue to improve their health and overall fitness! I foresee a coach pulling up youtube to show a specific lift or project a certain meal plan for our athletes. We can also project the days lift, show proper variations on lifts and teach visually what we usually do vocally.
