Not all sports receive the attention or coverage warranted by their hard work and dedication. There simply is not enough resources to get to all our high-school sports and cover them adequately. Our community needed a way to keep in touch with the athletes and learn more than just scores after the game. We saw a need and created a class that trains students to focus on sports journalism and broadcasting. The camera will serve the purpose of providing a quality video feed for live-streaming multiple sporting events. We strive to provide a professional product for our audience, which includes our athletes, parents, and community. In the process, our students learn the value of hard work, dedication, professionalism, and the writing process.

About my class
