The materials that I am requesting will support and encourage students to love reading. The students currently read on an old, worn carpet and fight over three pillows. This distracts them away from developing a love for books. The students often want to read but quickly lose interest because they are uncomfortable. The clean carpet and soft seats would help to provide a more comfortable lounge area for students to read for longer periods of time. These materials will encourage students to choose the library center more often than required. We thank you in advance and graciously appreciate your donations and your concern for our literacy success.
