The LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 Core Sets are AMAZING. These hands-on, cross-curricular stem solutions engage students by providing the resources to design, build and program their creations while helping them develop essential skills. These skills include creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. These are the most important skills in my gifted program, and these robots will help to develop these skills in my students. We will also be competing with these robots next year if we are lucky enough to receive them. The preparation for the competition last for several months, while helping build both individual and team working skills.
