Because of academic deficiencies, my girls need as much practice as possible for high stakes testing that could ensure graduation and help secure much needed scholarships! They can't focus on empty stomachs! The snacks will provide an incentive for attendance in this environment where over 90% if students receive free lunch. And the Sony headphones allow audio assistance with the online platforms we use for test practice, which include vocabulary building, comprehension, critical reading, and writing skills. The things many take for granted like ear buds or headphones can mean the world of difference for others, especially when they struggle with language acquisition.
