Most of my students find it difficult to sit alone and read silent on their own. I would like to provide my students with inviting areas around the room to promote independent reading. I enjoy a nice comfortable seat to read when I'm at home, so I thought if my students had comfy seats at school to choose from, than that might encourage independent reading here at school. Help my students find a comfy place to sit while reading that just right book. Providing these items will encourage students to look for those quiet areas at school, while practicing their independent reading.
